Do you know what I've thought about this for a while, and I genuinely believe we would not be in this position now if FG was still here, at least there were seeds of recovery, after a terrible run of fixtures.Just my opinion obviously.
We drew with Chelsea and lost narrowly to City and Liverpool. We had a resilliance about us, looked organised and I'm sure we would be at least 6 points better off. And the goal difference would ook far better too.

Guidolin was never going to be here long term. The only reason he got a contract extension in the first place is that Huw's first choices were too smart to end up working for him again.
As soon as the takeover was complete and the Americans were comfortable his days were numbered.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
I still think we'd be struggling but in much better shape, lets face it our defence is very poor, Ash kept a poor defence solid, selling him and not replacing was in my opinion the biggest mistake we made.
Highly doubtful. He had an awful start, but he was an actual football manager. We'd more likely be in the same position if we put a competition winner in charge for 11 games.

People aren't half wearing rose tinted glasses this week. We were utter sh*te under Guidolin, not as sh*te as under Bob, but we'd certainly be in the same area as we are now. I've even read people saying we should have given Monk more time when at the time people were calling for his head. Also Tutumlu seems to have been held as a saint this week for his recruitment, people seem to have forgotten how much of a tw@t he was. We've been in disarray for a long time now.

I Kind of disagree mate, under FG we played well against good teams, i think if we'd played same in next run of fixtures we'd be better off.

Was he a tw@t though? Really? Or do you believe "honest Huw's" version of events. You know, the fella who can spot a cracking player miles off. Usually as far a Middlesbrough or Falkirk. I think I'd believe Tutumulu over Huw given his behaviour over the last 18 months.

I agree that we'd maybe have 1-3 points more than we have now but no more than that. No matter how bad we have been under Bradley our performace against Southampton earlier this season under Guidolin is still one of the worst i have ever witnessed.

Look at his record when we still had Ash and Ayew.
Would have loved to see what he could have done with a few much needed additions to the squad - preferably not Huw "N'Gog" Jenkins' bargain basement donkeys.
He'd earned that.

Well he agreed he'd have nothing to do with it so he needs to take some responsibility om that one I'm afraid Philip.
