I just don't get it. Has anyone seen AC coaching methods? Where has he learned them? Are they any good? Are they bad? I'm pretty sure they won't be as good as PC after some of the clubs and managers he's worked for.
Keeping AC on the coaching staff would have been another case of "jobs for the boys". There is already to much of this at the club. Give him a job for life if he wants it but somewhere less important than coaching....
