It just seems to me that, without doing too much research, the management talent throughout the league has got to be up there in history and even throughout Europe maybe.

Maybe you're right. I don't know though. Through time it always seemed to be 2 managers presiding. Maybe a third hotshot, but now it seems we have half a dozen world class managers - one who won the league last year and is down with us this year. Another handful of decent new hotshots (we have one now:)) and the quality of Allardyce me Pulis type stalwarts to measure the, against. Hardly seems a team has a duffer manager in the league.
