'If Trump cares so much about Syrian babies, why is he not condemning the rebels who slaughtered children?
Dozens of children were killed in Syria this weekend but where is the US president’s lament on how ‘beautiful’ they are, let alone action? Where are the denunciations by the EU and the UK? The West must react with equal outrage when it is Shias that are the victims of terrorism. Or do we just not care?'

The American strike was all about discouraging the use of Chemical weapons.
The MOAB bomb in Afghanistan was all about warning the North Koreans that their underground bunkers in Pyongyang (where they store the majority of the nukes) could be next.
Syrian babies have been dying by the hands of the Syrians, Russians, Iranians, Saudi Arabians, Turks, Americans and British & French (in that order...the Europeans have not got a lot to feel guilty about in this war ) for some time.
It won't stop until Assad steps down...as I said on here about a year or 2 ago.
I like Robert Fisk but don't agree that we in the West should be held in any way accountable for the Islamic sectarianism taking place in Syria. |  |
