It all depends what you want from a city surely.
Seansea city is shit for a visitor who wants to 'shop'.
As I am born and bread here I am biased but the city centre is cheap, poor and offers little to any visitor. I would not recommend it for a shopping day out. | |

London is the best major city in the world. Easily. The people aren't the friendliest but that's the case in any city of that size.
