Baseball is their main game and what the big stadiums are built for.
Didn't see any major/ minor football stadium in Guardalavaca or Santiago De Cuba last year. Few kids knocking a ball around was all.

Impromptu games in Havana, five years back local kids v tourists. Local kids one had a swans top.
In the centre there are little floodlit pitches opening around 11pm, all the locals gather with rum and buttys, little BBQ stoves and sell local alco pops, games go on till 6am. Fcking perfect. |  |
