The head of recruitment is partly to blame (David Leadbeater).

Do you think we should have organised applause in the 14th minute of the opening game of each season to commemerate the great and much missed young man....?

Or maybe have pieces of card left on the East Stand which when held up show the picture of a sausage?

According to Wiki, he didn't actually play a single game for us, though i'm interpreting that as he never played in a premier league game?

From what I've seen of Baston, I've seen absolutely nothing that would suggest he's worth another season with us.....and by the look of things, he's not shown much on the training field either.

Yes you`re probably right just hate the thought of us wasting so much money lets hope we can get most of it back.

In his defence he's not the sort of guy who can be arsed with training or work hard on the pitch. He's admitted that himself. It's not his fault he's the sort of guy who can't be arsed.

Sounds like he's someone who got sanctioned and lost his benefits....

"Yossarian- the very sight of the name made him shudder. There were so many esses in it. It just had to be subversive" (Catch 22)

Didn't we spend somewhere in the region of £5 million for him ?

If so, that's £20 million spunked on him and Baston.

According to Wikipedia and the Guardian Swansea paid £3.5m for him which is a lot of money for club of Swansea's stature.

Not a very good piece of business!

You got to feel sorry for the fans with his name on the back of their shirts.

I saw him put in a tidy cross once.

I'll always remember that time he put in a tidy cross.

You clearly haven't watched every Franck second. Against Oxford Shelvey was pointing, to see Franck move those five yards before giving up was poetry in motion.

Hmm, but that post has a point, so not at all like Franck's signing

What a great window that was...

Franck
Eder
Tremmel (again)
McBurnie (don't get me wrong, great for the U23s, but of no value to the 1st team (yet?))

The next window was just as bad. we signed 2 strikers so late they both didn`t have full pre-seasons and we failed to strengthen the wide areas and central midfield lets hope we are more aggressive in this window.

We need to be for sure. I missed Ayew off my list, so I suppose it wasn't all bad as we got a few quid for him and he helped paper over the cracks for a season.

Frank Tabanou was a massive signing. Which is why he struggled to run before stopping for a burger.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Olsson said he could hardly walk after his first training session under Paul Clement...................if Tabanou had been there for that he would never have stood the pace.

The way I see it is how much have we got to give him for hum to walk away in sharp jerky movements.

Be interesting in a year or two to see what happens to him.

They're probably just waiting for him to wake up.
