Freepost envelope arrived in the post today. I hope the mailing company are paying the cost for the second posting.

I would think so, they'll be in breach of contract otherwise if the service we required was confirmed in writing and they accepted the job.
They can send out the envelope, then the Trust can tell them thanks and you'll get the next job when hell freezes over....

Indeed it is.

Basically it's an issue with the mailing company. The Freepost envelope will be sent out in the first available post. There'll be an email to members explaining all this ASAP.

Received both letters this morning

Now who to vote for? bribes accepted

Mine arrived today

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Anyone doing an exit poll? If so, I went for mostly new blood. Not sure the Welsh speaker should have admitted it, given the general tenor on here. It's not Mrs Trampie is it?

Agreed - we may need to engage a different bulk mailing company next time.

Been away a few days, so sorry if Ferdy, but -

Which way are the 12 candidates voting in the deal/litigation vote? That'll tell me everything I need to know about who to vote for.
Candidates are giving us all sorts of information, but not that.

I thought that.

Who cares where they've worked or whether they speak Welsh or not? I want to know what they want to do if elected, where they stand on the Americans, the sell outs, legal action etc.

In terms of the upcoming ballot, I've posted previously that if I am re-elected to the Board then, regardless of my personal views, I will work as hard as possible to deliver whatever the membership choose.

It'll be exactly like Brexit - people will vote for a court case even if they don't like any possible outcome of that court case.

heard one trust member on radio wales yesterday morning .. seemed very unsure about the direction of travel of the siggy situation and was not a great representative of the trust in the media imo. appreciate these are fans and everyday folk but a few skills needed if they are to be thrust in front of the media. and a bit of actual insight into what is going on in the club.

so my list is down to 10. phil seems a good sort on here so happy to mark that with an x. the others ? any recommendations?

And that's the crux isn't it. Everyone standing, regardless of their views, knows that this ballot will determine the path of the future for the Trust. Just as an example, there's no point standing if you're not prepared to deal with the fallout of a vote for legal action, even if it's not how you'd vote.
