2015 was the first time they held it I think and yes it got busy as the day went on I popped down on the Friday afternoon sun was shinning and I enjoyed also went for an hr on the Saturday afternoon and it was getting busy but I found it a bit expensive for what is virtually a tasting exercise, I didn't go last year so not sure what this year will be like, I'll probably call in on the Saturday, few of us supposed to be going, but some are coming back from hols on the Friday and despite them being interested in going before I'm not so sure they having just come back from hols, so it'll probably be me and the Mrs for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Popped down last night, Mrs was out with work so my mate and I went down fiver to get in [to buy glass] then 2 quid a voucher for a beer just over half a pint, Mossaic pale ale, diggers gold and others from Grey Trees brewery, mumbles gold, Borough Breweries IPA and the gower brewery ales. No Dicky. good night Saturday though with the new place Charlie's open and Moruuzi's extension open tad expensive in there though, tidy places to have a beer though, new sports bar opening soon as well I'm told, Paul James is involved in it or owns it. Walkabout apparently opening in the old Kiwi's building and a Gin Palace going with the old Con club was, started work there today, by looks of it. | |
