For our club
The last 2 seasons we have struggled yet still we dont strengthen in areas we need
When siggy goes we will have made over 65 million
We bring in someone to replace him at the very last minute
At the end off the season we needed to add to the side but we will be going in to this weaker?
Then there is 20 quid for a fecking friendly ffs
But to add to it they bring out the 3rd kit last
Make sure the first 2 our out well in advanced as they look sh@t and then make sure the 3rd one os the best st there dor everyone wantes the new 1
Academy's and training facilities all done
No extension over pricing for friendly games over pricing food and drink and now the 3rd kit
Yet not strengthening the playing side and beeing well done over by everton
Why didnt the club make it plain and simple weeks back that they could only negotiate when they met the 50m and the deal had ro be done 3 weeks before season starts
Instead the deal is well documented and unsettling for all involved with only 6 days to the start and needing to find and settle in a player who has to replace the player who was the key part in our staying up
We will have made 25 million plus in profit from selling players rather then us paying out and strengthening
Getting toerd off football and this fecking club.

If they'd brought the 3rd kit out 1st it wouldnt be the 3rd kit it would be the 1st kit though if they'd brought it out 2nd it would be the 2nd kit.

Well its the result of a global product which demand dictates almost everything off the pitch. So match tickets merchandising food etc is a market which we have no competitors unless you don't watch the matches or buy anything.

The stadium expansion delay will come back to bite us in the future. Having our prem league established for now has probably outpriced and certainly lack of capacity stopped a lot of potential fans getting hooked on our club and attending games.

As for the playing squad.. we are far too reliant on a small core of players which pulls us through matches and 2 of them could be gone by Aug 30th.

The acid test will be when Siggy goes will this be re-invested in the squad !?! my thoughts is not in its entirety and we don't have players lined up in the wings to come in.

Can see us putting in offers and dragging this out right through this window and into the next. Not a great place to be, we have no depth at all and any injuries or suspensions will hurt us as the squad currently stands.

If we can get 3 players in to bolster the squad of noticeable quality with Siggy leaving we may be okay.

So am I right in saying then that if the 2nd kit had been brought out 1st then it would be the 1st kit and if the 1st kit had been brought out 2nd then that one would be the 2nd kit?

Yes,yes you are.

But what if we had not brought out a third kit and forfeited the first game to Suthampton, would that have been the best course of action?
And as for haggling over a few million pounds - whatever next? It's just plain bloody ridiculous letting experienced business people negotiate deals when we have a forum jampacked with skilled and knowledgable negotiators who view a million pounds as peanuts. I despair.

It's not a scummer.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

To be fair he is pretty brave to come on here with that spelling and grammar.
Good job he doesn't support say Rochdale or Hartlepool though then he would be really fed up.

If you mean that the premier league if you look at it seriously is a joyless greedy corrupt stinking bucket of shit, then I agree, but to use that horrible phrase, it is what it is. If we start playing good football, compete against everyone, and give the cups a good whirl, I'm sure people will soon get over the disgruntlement.

I get it too though. It's football I'm falling out of love with, not My football club.

We're all nervous at the start of the season but it's a bit early to be angry and depressed. Why not wait until September?
