My take on it for what it's worth.
I reckon We have various targets raging in different categories,
Premium targets
Cat B targets
Cat C targets
Now we could probably afford to have gone out and bought the Cat B/C targets that we are after but the board may be thinkiing why rush when we can wait for the Siggy deal to go through and we've also shifted out the deadwood to make room and money to go and get in the Premium targets.
The only downside to this is the longer it goes on, the less time these targets have to integrate with the squad and will be expected to hit the ground running, also we run the risk of them all becoming unavailable and ending up with panic targets |  |

I totally Agree with this, my guess is premium targets are proven ( costly) and cat B and C will be potential not proven. If/when the siggy deal goes through i expect to see 3 more players walk through the door. |  | | |
