Yeah. Pretty well-informed I'd say as well.

17th a bit harsh though.

Decent write up, and echos most of what most people would say about us. I think we will finish much higher than 17th though

After the complete balls up with Sigurdsson and the strength of our squad at the moment I'd bite both your hands off for 17th ...

You might think I've forgotten, but one day, when you least expect it, my time will come.
Poll: Celtic and Rangers should be fast tracked into the Championship ASAP

Good informative review.. really highlights the Siggy importance to our squad and why we value him. Still he's no use to anyone sitting our matches.

Decent review. Massive boost if Narsingh can step up. Good shout on Routs, who played well on Sat but not consistent enough as starting 10 and only a few goals in and Carroll. Let's hope we keep Siggy or sign a specialist 10 who can also score 6/7 goals from free-kicks. Tough ask!

On Siggy.

"...a midfielder who has been directly involved in 53 of the 133 Premier League goals Swansea have scored over the past three years."

Wasn't aware of this. We'd be mad to sell - even more so now this late in the window.

Poll: Hull vs Middlesborough - What do we want?

That's a decent assessment. Even better are the 80 or more readers' comments when you scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Poll: Who should be our next manager? Please name them.

Over the years, teams on downward spiral who only just avoid relegation one season do tend to go down eventually. Im thinking Villa, Sunderland, there must be others. Im a bit worried we may follow suit. Id be happy with 17th tbh. Id like to see us play with a bit more conviction and excitement, regardless of the eventual placing.

I stand in the North Stand

Have we been that dependent on him because we'd morphed into a team that couldn't create many chances from open play? Would we be that dependent on him if PC gets the team playing some semblance of decent football again?

That's not decrying his ability from open play. He's better at that than he's often given credit for. Just a consequence of the changes Monk made left us dependent on the set piece part of his game.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
