Yes and no, been on that stretch of the motorway many times at those times on a Friday in most conditions even Snow about 5 yrs ago that was the night that Charlie had a kicking off Hazard, Bank Holiday weekends are the worst as a rule understandably. [Post edited 22 Sep 2017 21:43]
