Doesn't really matter for Wales. We need to win, or if we draw hope either Georgia beat Serbia by 2 goals or Croatia vs Ukraine ends in a draw not greater than our draw.

ROI however do not want Scotland to win.

Would rather play Scotland than Slovakia if we make the playoffs. Also if it makes it harder for Ireland, that should make it better for us.

If we made the play offs, would like to see us put one over on Scotland as they have been a bit of a bogey team for us over the years, Joe Jordan, and the handball against us in Ninian Park, but they are on form at the moment. Just hoping we get what we need tomorrow.

If Scotland win, then ROI will go into our game knowing that they very probably need to win by three clear goals to have a chance of making the play-off - although there are some unlikely scenarios where they might still qualify (mainly a draw between Ukraine and Croatia). If the Irish need to win 3-0 that should leave them wide open on the counter. On that basis - come on Scotland!

I’d go with what you are saying if we had Bale playing though, he could definitely hurt them with his skill and pace. And yeah, I know he hasn’t been that great the last couple of games for us but he is world class.
