Harvey Weinstein 11:02 - Oct 11 with 32453 views | swanjackal | Worst kept secret in Hollywood? Much respect for the woman who put the safety of others, and herself, above her career to finally get the proof to shut down this alleged serial predator. Shame it has taken three decades. Don't know and I don't fuçking care as long he goes to prison with no segregation it'll be a winner. Out of curiosity why have you stuck up for every culprit in every historical sex abuse case?

I have that feeling too. However, with the implied admission on tape of assault, and the rumoured numerous settlements, with non disclosure, paid out (which would be easy to actually check on due to records) due to sexual harassment/assault, it will be difficult not to come to a conclusion, no matter how against due process it is. The thing for me is the cover up. There has to be inquiries into why he was allowed to allegedly go on, with full knowledge of his peers, and continue these things. Also, the DA and his reasons for rejection of the inital case in 2015, and why media sites run interference on past stories shining light on the accusations (although litigation could be a fear factor there).

Not sure about the settlement bit. There were lots of out of court settlements involving Michael Jackson and he still got found not guilty.

Very true, and you would hope that he gets a fair trial based on the evidence available for the cases they possibly bring against him. Any prosecution will be walking a minefield with the claims, separating truthful claims, and deeming valid claims with what they would follow up on (which are harassment, which are assault, which are rape) and the evidence needed for proof.

It's also fair to point out ,he could be found guilty of some and not guilty on other counts
