Guidolin wasnt fired for being too nice.
Guidolin was paid compo and asked to leave to make way for Bradley. Nothing to do with his performance. It was a typical Jenkins' snake manoeuver saying the training methods were poor. Businesses do it all the time, they want their "own man" so make up crap as a reason to get rid. |  |

I won't disagree with you that none of the managers would have been hired by any other team, but I honestly believe FG was a competent capable manager. He stopped the rot and saved the club from relegation. He was axed to make way for BB. I believe that had he been backed and given the tools, he would have kept the club up last year as Clement did. I believe there were other reasons behind his departure.
