Well that is a real shame.
I have read these young English players are being snapped up by clubs in Europe and are getting first team game time there too. Hopefully they'll all go abroad and develop, rather than get stuck with a team like ours where they'll be kept playing reserve football until 23 before being released. | |

England showed what they thought of Wales and the north of Ireland when they walked away from the Home International games in the mid 1980’s. After 100 years of playing it. They did not give a toss for Wales.
I am delighted they have won sweet FA at senior level ever since.
