Koeman had his agent begging for job in the papers. He definitely did not turn us down.
By the time it came to replacing Monk, I'd already lost a lot of interest and wasn't keeping an eye out for who said what. I am sure he wanted the job though, we were once a very exciting prospect. | |

I think a p*ssed off Koeman with a point to prove wouldn't be a bad option for us at the moment .
This thread just highlights the need to get HJ and LD and get someone who actually knows what they're doing in with the ability to make progressive appointments (like Marcelino) happen .
Adding up the collateral damage of HJ's transfer dealings and managerial appointments post Laudrup it's imperative that he goes. And pays the club compensation! |  |
