Simple to replace. You will need the the watchmaker screwdriver to open phone though.
then just unplug ribbon cable from battery and replace with new. cheap as chips on ebay.

My mate had it done in the place on the corner opposite Eli Jenkins pub in Swansea.

It lasted about 2 weeks before the charge completely running down every 3 hours.

No doubt there are reputable battery changers out there but avoid this place if I were you.
