Countdown to the end of Democracy in the UK 23:28 - Nov 10 with 1117329 viewspikeypaul

And like a typical anti democracy remoaner he decided the will of the people should be ignored the minute the democratic result was in total fecking hypocrite 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Despite it being voted in to law by the commons the spineless two faced remoaner MPs have totally abandoned any morals and decided to ignore the will of the British people.

It will be remembered and no election or referendum will ever be the same again in this country.

The one thing that will come is a massive surge in the popularity of UKIP or a similar party in the future who stand for the 52%.

Happy Days.

Lest there was any doubt today has surely confirmed that the only thing the Tory party really care about is the Tory party.

Not a shred of honesty or integrity in any of them.

The fact that they've been fûcked over by the Unionists is a delicious irony.

I think we’ve discovered through this whole process that there’s not a shred of honesty or integrity in the whole of parliament.

On that, my friend, we agree.

With one or two notable exceptions.

Why should that have come at you out of the blue (no pun intended,) Gwyr?

There’s a good reason ‘Sect’ is a synonym for ‘Party.’ It’s a failed system that is dying in real time across the news channels as we speak.

An idea isn't responsible for those who believe in it.

I thunk that’s a bit unfair. It’s not right to view the failings of both front benches and extrapolate them across the house. I think if this process has shown anything it’s that there are dozens, maybe more, backbench MPs who are willing to put the national interest above party politics. If there weren’t May’s deal would have passed ages ago by hook or by crook.

That's really surprising.

Like, the most surprising thing ever in the history of the world.

I just don't see where this will end up.

"Don't want no deal. Don't want May's admittedly bad deal. Can't decide what we want. Ah well, just cancel it".

It's not just a failing of May and Tories, it's a failure of the whole system.

Indeed. Whittle them down on Monday now. More votes for a confirmatory referendum than I expected.

Possibly true.

I’m probably being overly harsh on the whole shambles for not standing up to the front benches sooner as I’m so p*ssed off with it.

At least they have now.

I’m pretty certain we end up with a right wing, left wing and centrist majority. Much like the country as a whole.

It’s the beginning of the end for the two main parties I think (hope).

Parliament don't want May's brexit deal, they don't want a no deal brexit.

The EU have said the only offer is May's deal or leave with no deal.

It's pretty obvious what Parliament want, and that's is to either kill brexit or force another referendum.

Well they’ve just voted against both of those options, Flash, so it doesn’t seem that obviou to me.

Looking at the votes (and given the May deal effect and abstention of cabinet), I think we end up with a permanent customs union at least, and probably a second referendum anyway.

Parliament may well want to kill or force referendum but with nothing that can be presented 12th April, what then?

"Ah guys we know you voted to leave but hey, we can't agree how / deliberately sabotaged leave so let's just stay kk?"

That's the intellect of a MP claiming "Death to democracy" signs are death threats against MPs...

No to everything and Bercow says you can't vote twice in the same session on the same issue?
