OUT WITH A DEAL EATING OUR CAKE AND LOVING IT suck it up remoaners

And like a typical anti democracy remoaner he decided the will of the people should be ignored the minute the democratic result was in total fecking hypocrite 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Despite it being voted in to law by the commons the spineless two faced remoaner MPs have totally abandoned any morals and decided to ignore the will of the British people.

It will be remembered and no election or referendum will ever be the same again in this country.

The one thing that will come is a massive surge in the popularity of UKIP or a similar party in the future who stand for the 52%.

Happy Days.

The EU today finalised a deal with South America (or most of it). 20 years to negotiate.

Even allowing for that being ridiculous, it’ll be interesting to see how long it takes us to sign a similar deal that can’t be any better than the one the EU have just signed.

The benefit of us being able to agree our own trade deals is not apparent when they can only be the same or worse.

This thread has been going for what seems a bloody eternity, same people arguing with the same people about the same thing, with very little chance of gaining any ground whatsoever.
Bit like our parliament.

Can I ask ?

Has any remainer on here changed their mind and now wants to leave ?

Has any leaver on here changed their mind and now wants to stay ?

I have changed my mind and wouldn't vote the same way next time out.

The point, Lisa, is you can't say we could never get a better deal.

EU negotiates on behalf of 28 ( soon to be 27 ) nations. Each have their own needs, desires, wants. We don't get a deal that matches 100% what we would look for. Some of that is natural - after all, have to reach agreement with the other nation. Some of it is a consequence of what we are looking for clashing with what other EU nations want.

It's entirely possible we can get deals better tailored for what we need.

EU deals cover 28 nations, different economies, different wants, needs. It's common bloody sense that no EU deal can match an EU nations requirements 100%. Can 100% ever be reached? Doubt it very much, but are you seriously claiming it's impossible that any deals we negotiate cannot be better than EU ones? We'd not have to worry about some obscure Belgian region kicking off, insisting on terms that would work against our needs...

Yeah, you can. In fact with this deal (as with the one with Japan, Canada, Vietnam - all signed since the referendum), it would be illegal for them to negotiate a better deal with us.

As the deals all have most favoured nation clauses.

It seems to be common to most Brexiters.

That may be a bit harsh on the Rule Britannia mob who are merely deluded and/or still living in the 19th century. Bless them.

All the greatest people in history were off their trolley to some degree. It’s those who live the boring pragmatic sensible lives that fall into obscurity and die wishing they’d had a bit more fun.

I have had up arrows from Mart too. Possibly because he wasn’t concentrating properly whilst putting on his mums mascara but possibly because I’m a very knowledgeable and interesting poster.

Either way it’s usually followed by a down arrow from 6traM so I can’t win either way.
