Countdown to the end of Democracy in the UK 23:28 - Nov 10 with 1036123 viewspikeypaul

And like a typical anti democracy remoaner he decided the will of the people should be ignored the minute the democratic result was in total fecking hypocrite 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Despite it being voted in to law by the commons the spineless two faced remoaner MPs have totally abandoned any morals and decided to ignore the will of the British people.

It will be remembered and no election or referendum will ever be the same again in this country.

The one thing that will come is a massive surge in the popularity of UKIP or a similar party in the future who stand for the 52%.

Happy Days.

Wahay. Congratulations to PikeyPaul and all those ardently Brexit supporting MPs whose votes have ensured that the UK is still a member of the EU. A towering achievement.

I don't know much about it, but I think part of the problem is that Merkel's CDU has wanted to increase defence spending, but they've faced opposition from their coalition partners SPD who control the finance ministry. Although the problems seem to go back a lot further than that.

Although it's not a good look however you look at it.

I came to the conclusion many years back that there are a minority in life with zero common sense, a thing the majority of people naturally have. Not rocket science!

Politicians and M.O.D civil servants being prime examples. Starting a war in Iraq without a coherent/competent plan what to do after that war was won. Sending troops to war without equipment. Genuinely believing that Iraq possessed a 45 minute weapon of destruction delivery system. Oh and the best one i.e. sending servicemen out as guinea pigs to test the effects of atomic weaponry when we all know they were rather dangerous to those living out in the suburbs of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

They’re starting to get sussed out by the MSM at last. People like O’Brien on LBC have always been banging the drum, but since then C4News, Sky and lately some at the BBC are actually asking them to justify themselves.

There was a good summary this morning in the Times about leading Brexiteers needing to feel aggrieved and threatened by the EU. To the point they have to invent grievances. Prof Chris Grey also touched on similar in his recent blog post: https://chrisgreybrexitblog.blogspot.com/2019/07/enjoy-brexit-doldrums-while-the

We’ll look back on this period one day with incredulity.

A lot of politicians have very little actual life experience outside politics. They are stuck in a bubble. Trudging the age old career path of posh school->PR agency->safe seat.

O’Brien just shouts people down with his little gnome like face getting redder and redder. The guy is like a sulking teenager.

His interview technique is simply to ask people to provide examples of their perceived grievances with the EU.

They never can.

Absolutely right, and frankly, what no EU officials appear to expose themselves. It's remarkable that the British people have not had access to an interview of

Verhofstadt
Juncker
Barnier
or any of the new cartel.

So Corbyn commits Laour to campaigning for Remain in a referendum against No Deal / Tory deal.

Anyone would think he was trying to deflect from an upcoming Panorama programme or something.

Could you possible point me in the direction of an interview - an actual probing interview by a British journalist of any of the above?

I'd be eternally grateful xxx

Most people in this country couldn’t name three members of the European Parliament. Farage is probably the only one people will know and he’s against the bloody thing. I imagine hardly anyone will know the groups that make up the europarl or what they stand for or who their leaders are or what they do.

An argument could be made that our press should cover the eu with the same zeal as it covers Westminster but that’s probably a bit tricky given the commission and council’s penchant for doing literally everything behind closed doors.
