OUT WITH A DEAL EATING OUR CAKE AND LOVING IT suck it up remoaners

And like a typical anti democracy remoaner he decided the will of the people should be ignored the minute the democratic result was in total fecking hypocrite 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Despite it being voted in to law by the commons the spineless two faced remoaner MPs have totally abandoned any morals and decided to ignore the will of the British people.

It will be remembered and no election or referendum will ever be the same again in this country.

The one thing that will come is a massive surge in the popularity of UKIP or a similar party in the future who stand for the 52%.

Happy Days.

Yes if you read the Lisbon treaty article 69 clause 14 it clearly states that furniture companies cannot have sales unless the UK is part of the European Union. This is why DFS has been so vocal for remain.

EU migrants in Britain claimed more than £4billion a year in benefits.
Those from Eastern Europe received more in welfare than the average UK citizen – and paid less income tax.

In the run-up to the Brexit referendum, ministers had insisted the figures were not available.

But the cost of open doors migration has now been revealed.

Data from the Department for Work and Pensions, taxman and Treasury shows EU workers received more than £2.2billion in tax credits and housing benefits, £1.1billion in out-of-work payments and £700million in child benefit.

There is a stark contrast between Western and Eastern Europeans.

Nearly half the personal taxes paid by migrants from countries such as Romania, Bulgaria and Poland went straight back in tax credits and child benefit.

DWP figures were not broken down by country.

Looks like Jo Swanson is having a bit of a bust up with Corbyn and Sturgeon over the issue of a government of national unity with absolutely no hint of irony.

It’s a shambles and Johnson will be allowed to fulfil his no deal wet dream purely because the majority opposition to that scenario can’t agree on how to organise themselves. They’ll be as responsible for no deal as Johnson and the Tories if it happens.

Not true. I obviously don't know the financial circumstances of every British ex pat here, but I would think the majority of them (including me) has used the Spanish health system at some point and possibly taken advantage of the cheap prescriptions (e.g. I take pills for blood pressure, 2 € for three weeks supply). We are entitled because UK is still a member of the EU.
and incidentally, the health system here is superb, far superior to the NHS, and I'm not talking about the UK staff, who are wonderful, I'm talking about the way the Tories have systematically starved it of resources.
An example, I live in a village of approx. 400 population, it has its own GP, you can make an appointment to see him within a few days no problem, and if he needs to refer you to a hospital specialist, that can be done within two or three weeks. From what my mother who lives in Baglan tells me, its easier to get an audience with the pope than a GP or hospital appointment where she lives.

We were out in Spain on holiday a few weeks ago and one of our children became seriously unwell. We visited the local medical centre on 2 occasions, we just turned up and they saw us without appointments. He continued to be unwell and we then took him to a hospital in Alicante before he was transferred to another hospital inland. Language was a bit of an see, but the treatment and care he received was first class. The specialist treating him came to see us at least 3 times a day and always had time to talk things through as did other doctors, the patient food (not that he as well enough to eat it) was excellent, the nurses were excellent and the facilities were very good. During the last few days he was there, an English guy who was living in Spain was admitted, he gave the Spanish health service a glowing endorsement and made the similar comments re doctor availability in small villages.

My parents used to live in Baglan until a couple of years ago and their friends who still live there are up in arms re access to the doctors surgery.

British citizens residing in the EU can access the same benefits, but I think the benefits would certainly be a lot lower in the old Eastern Block. I am pretty sure that British governments of the last 20 odd years had the power to deport EU citizens who were economically destitute but never chose to do it.

If you have high blood I doubt that is the fault of the NHS and probably more to do with your lifestyle and diet.

Good to hear that the Spanish have a good health service, but what happens in Spain should have no bearing on what happens in regards to Brexit.

It’s more likely to be genetic rather than lifestyle or diet but sitting in the sun drinking sangria all day probably doesn’t help.

I don’t particularly care to be honest. Should we accept that Eastern European’s coming over here are not really benefitting the country because a very small percentage of uk citizens decide to emigrate to other EU countries?
