OUT WITH A DEAL EATING OUR CAKE AND LOVING IT suck it up remoaners

And like a typical anti democracy remoaner he decided the will of the people should be ignored the minute the democratic result was in total fecking hypocrite 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Despite it being voted in to law by the commons the spineless two faced remoaner MPs have totally abandoned any morals and decided to ignore the will of the British people.

It will be remembered and no election or referendum will ever be the same again in this country.

The one thing that will come is a massive surge in the popularity of UKIP or a similar party in the future who stand for the 52%.

Happy Days.

CBI chief: Car firms face Brexit extinction

BBC, 13 June 2018

Sections of the UK car industry face extinction unless the UK stays in the EU customs union, the president of the CBI has said.

Paul Dreschler also said there was "zero evidence" that trade deals outside the EU would provide any economic benefit to Britain.

He blamed a "tidal wave of ideology" for the government's Brexit approach.

So who is going to aide British industry become the World beaters that you expect if their national/international strategy co-ordinators and mouthpiece to the UK industries have no credibility. You are a fool.

It is far better to grasp the universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring. - Carl Sagan

Paul Dreschler, another avid remainer spouting rubbish.

Does he point out that there’s ‘zero evidence’ it wouldn’t provide a benefit? You’re not interested in all the facts though. Just bulls*t.

DGT's going to do it, obviously. Far more experienced than the head of the CBI.

Slovakia !

A small country on the edge of the EU, recently (in historical terms) gained independence from their larger, wealthier neighbour. Everybody said they were crazy to go it alone.

Seem to be doing ok.

Slovakia have been a member of the EU for 14 years.

They’re also in the Eurozone and Schengen (also NATO etc).

Do you mean they are geographically at the edge of the EU? Because politically they are at the heart of it. Which is why they are doing so well.

They have a land border with Ukraine so yes geographically on the edge.

Other small nations, yet to gain their independence, have been in the EU over 40 years.

Greece - 1.8%
Spain - 3.1%
Portugal - 2.5%
Ireland - 4.1%
Italy - 1.5%
UK - 1.7%

Last year’s GDP growth. Given you deliberately attempted to choose struggling economies, the fact we’re only beating Italy isn’t great is it? And that’s going to be worse this year. And worse next year. Because at the moment we haven’t left, we’re just starting to see the effects.

Those stats are not supported on the ground.
There is plenty of work out there now, more than there’s been in a generation.
So if you believe Greece or Spain or roi is doing better than the U.K., you are seriously deluded.

The figures mean nothing and yes I’d ignore them.
Greece is on its knees with debt it can never repay, Spain has huge unemployment, so does Portugal.

Italy is a basket case also with astronomical debt, which can never be repaid.
It’s true the U.K. has £1.7 trillion debt. so after all the yrs of Eu membership, what are we left with ? huge debt and huge unemployment in many Eu states.

Sooner we get the fook out the better.
