OUT WITH A DEAL EATING OUR CAKE AND LOVING IT suck it up remoaners
And like a typical anti democracy remoaner he decided the will of the people should be ignored the minute the democratic result was in total fecking hypocrite 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Despite it being voted in to law by the commons the spineless two faced remoaner MPs have totally abandoned any morals and decided to ignore the will of the British people.
It will be remembered and no election or referendum will ever be the same again in this country.
The one thing that will come is a massive surge in the popularity of UKIP or a similar party in the future who stand for the 52%.
Happy Days.

Tesla to site European headquarters in Germany. Billion pound investment in Giga plant and engineering research centre. UK was ruled out due to Brexit. Well done Farage.

Isn't Tesla a German Company ?
No, U.S Flash but they’ll probably link up with Daimler eventually. They already cooperate in commercial van sector. The interesting thing with Daimler is that they’re still researching fuel cell technology. The German car industry is going with the flow on electric because they can’t afford not to. The biggest export market is China and what China wants China gets. Talk to any engineer here though and they see the potential of fuel cell.

Honda launched the Clarity Fuel Cell last year I think. I'm not sure if it's on sale here, but the technology is the way to go I reckon.

Daimler used to own about 10% of Tesla but don’t any more.
They haven’t collaborated since Daimler sold their stake, although one of Tesla’s senior people is ex Daimler.

Ah ! I googled it earlier and it gave the following info, obviously a different company.
"Tesla Grohmann Automation. Tesla Grohmann Automation GmbH (formerly Grohmann Engineering GmbH) is a German engineering company based in Prüm in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The company operates a development center in Neutraubling, as well as support offices in Chandler, Arizona, and Shanghai."

It’s a subsidiary of Tesla Inc. Tesla bought them.

We were the favourite to get this.
Gutting on so many levels, employment in the factory, suppliers, links to the universities.
Please remind me again what actual, definite economic benefits we're going to get from Brexit.

We voted leave.
That's it. That's all you'll get.
It’s a shame nobody was able to forecast all these negative impacts, as I’m sure had we known there could have been a mature debate around whether leaving was in our best interests.

True. I thought they were collaborating on the Sprinter but it seemed to be an “expression of interest in collaborating” earlier this year. There’d be obvious benefits of working together of course. Tesla’s projected investment is a massive one but as you’ll know, strategic industrial policy is more important in Germany than the UK. There’ll have been a lot of consultations with leaders of the German car industry who have the ear of German politicians. Expect announcements of joint ventures in the near future.

It’s not only Farage. It’s the Tory party and people who shout ‘we want brexit’ every ten minutes.
They wanted to put the factory here. Johnson thought he’d persuaded them to do so. Which is one of the reasons he’s doing a speech in an electric car factory today - he thought he’d be able to announce Tesla as the decision was being made this week. Which is an enormous investment. Not only cars, but batteries as well.
But it’s all been thrown away.
Slight correction Lisa it wasn't a Giga-factory that he wanted in the UK it was it's European R&D centre...Well paid jobs.
