It's terrible the way pro rugby is all about money.
They don't want teams from small countries in the European cup, Samoa on the verge of going to the wall and now it seems like World cups are only going to countries with money.
Ireland would have been great for a rugby World cup but it's gone to France for a third time, South Africa who have hosted it before finished above Ireland.
Wales voted for South Africa shameful, the guy in charge of the WRU is ruining the game, Scotland voted for France, England did vote for Ireland.
Irish rugby is at a high, they have Gaelic football stadiums at their disposal and still don't get it.

I think you might find that France is not a rugby country.
Almost all the clubs are in 1 or 2 areas, much of France not too involved.
