If he's arsing about in training then that's a good enough reason not to play, but I'm thinking that his face just doesn't fit with Clements, maybe egos involved there to.

Yes that second article suggests that Clement does his selection almost exculsively based on that week's training.
Which explains why he keeps picking players who are playing absolute crap in the actual games the weeks before.
