The week before I had a family emergwncy and was up Morriston Hospital.

I had a refund for Festival tickets that were non refundable previously.
As long as you tell Paypal that you are not getting the service you paid for they raise a dispute, give the seller a chance to deal with the problem themselves, but if a satisfactory outcome isn't reached, then they will give a refund and get their money back from the seller.
They (Paypal) stand on their reputation of protecting their users, otherwise I would just stick to my credit card for protection. | |

A slight difference is the question of how legal either of those things are. Good luck trying to get your money back for what is probably an illegal streaming service. |  |
