Nah. The old ones are majorly outdated, and it's not the first time the Trust have planned to update model rules as per Supporters Direct updates. |
Update the rules so that those that have been on the board 12 yrs or more can continue? if not its a massive coincidence that they now want to upgrade the rules, its right out of the Huw Jenkins rule book that, move the goal post on the Share Agreement, now the Trust may want or try and move the goal post on the 12 yr rule, but its all above board as its in the Supporters Direct updates. Well, yes, obvs. I said that a few pages ago. Max seems to think this is being done purely because of this clause, when there's pretty clear proof this was supposed to have happened previously, and had been passed at AGM. [Post edited 26 Nov 2017 22:19]
