Thats the impression i get when i watch him play, he looks like he wants to do well, thought he did everything right today and is getting up to speed with the premier league and getting a bit better every game, moved the ball well,didn't waste it and put his foot in.
The only thing i could pick him up on was him not wanting to move into a forward space when making his pass, on a few occasions he played it and it was crying out for him to move into the space between their midfield and defence but he stayed static, i'm not sure if thats been coached out of him or clement wants him holding his position, i'm not convinced he couldn't see the space i hope he's just playing safe to stay in the team, once he becomes a mainstay he may start thinking more forward.

How did he do? Great is the short answer. Broke up play, kept us moving and always looked to retain the ball, spreading it and forward whenever possible.
Was much quieter second half as we started pushing forward. But that's a good thing as we should be playing our football in the opponents half against a shower of sh*te like West Brom.
Massive 3 pts that, but let's not forget that's possibly the easiest game we'll have all season. |  | | |
