With Palace and West Ham much improved since having new managers it looks like we are going to be left cut adrift at the bottom.

Or Derby, but that is little comfort.
It won't be long before we will need multiple wins just to hang on to the shirtails of those above us.
It seems Jenkins has terminally effed us up this season.

Hardly cut adrift. If we fail to win any games between now and January 3rd we could be.
ATM though still within touching distance (in theory)

We are where we are becuase he's built a squad and hired a coach/manager to be exactly where we are. What does anybody expect.

We deserve it no doubt and it pains me to sat it but it's the truth.

Unless there is massive improvement in the squad and a ton of luck we will be down by mid march.

If Stoke can muster an equalizer here in the last 25 mins.

Then win our next game and we are out of the relegation zone.

Unlikely but not impossible. We got a win up there under Guidolin under similar circumstances.

And if we'd gone for Moyes, or even Hodgson, probably half on here would still be moaning.

In fairness I think it may be Newcastle, Stoke and WBA and maybe Huddersfield that we are chasing anyway.

The problem I see is they are all better than us

I remember watching the build up there. We were warming up at Goddison and Frankie, humble man that his is, strode amongst the players supervising proceeding with an air of real confidence.
I remember thinking this guy is not at all phased by our past record there or the task in hand.
His confidence spread through the team that day. How I wish he was back here.

To be fair so were just about all their fans, and I still think Moyser will shoot his bolt. Hodgson has the players to get out of it, and has done it before.

Try 3:0 to WH now.
Not only are the other teams moving away any Goal Differenece we had has been eroded away between us losing 4:0 and them all scoring well.

We don't have a lot of quality but what we really lack is desire. That's a product of some players being stale ad partly not motivated. The latter is certainly down to the coach / manager.

I'm watching 'that lot' and the energy and desire is evident in bucket loads. You don't need to be a quality player to demonstrate those attributes.

Rather sobering today to see that our rivals are capable of scoring three or four goals away from home. I don't think we have that in us at present.

We don't even have it in us to do it at home

I found MOTD quite depressing tonight because every team looked better than us, even those who lost heavily at least looked like they were putting in 100% and were trying to win.
