Leon is a hero to every swans fan of every age. He is also a top fell as anyone who's met him testify. Would I like him as manager, yes I would. Problem is, it's too soon and another cheap and foolish option.

Leon would command respect, of course he would.
He knows the game and has a great brain for football.
Could he take us forward, I think he could. But not yet. He should be at the club as long as he wants but we should not burden him with this car crash of a set up as it will end in tears just like Monk.

Now, if HJ goes along with paul and Leon installed with a new DOF that would be a better option. But in y view this is 2/3 years too soon.

If and it's a big IF it's going to happen, then I hope and pray 'ickle leon is taking the Curt position (caretaker).
The thought of those slimy b'stards setting Leon up, only to ensure he's thrown under the bus after the "Battle for Britton" makes my blood boil.

If you wake up breathing, thats a good start to your day and you'll make many thousands of people envious.

"Swansea have also been looking at Fulham coach Slavisa Jokanovic who plays the game like they do."

What way is that, then?

Of course this is bound to happen. Clement at some point will be sacked and Leon will be caretaker. Its a non story. But Leon can't be full time, not now it would destroy him.

10 men behind the ball. No tackling. Not much running. And don’t you dare pass the ball forward.

The way that gives Sundo their first home win for a thousand years.

I’d rather him than Leon or Clembot though.

This wouldn’t come as any surprise at all, though it’s quite likely just lazy journalism.

It may work on an interim basis, he may at least get them playing for the shirt and moving the ball about. 3 or 4 games maybe. After that we need an experienced manager in.

We’ve got a massive transfer window coming up. We need a proper fùcking manager in charge. Not a beaten man who can’t construct an attack, not a rookie, not Huw Jenkins. A proper fùcking manager.

Laudrup's legacy, which he rapidly destroyed.

Thanks to the imbecile Jenkins, we're still feeling the effects.

The Yanks put their faith in Jenkins and he is most certainly is that dim.
This is right out of the Jenkins 'DOF for Dummies' annual. It would not surprise me one little bit. He is too dull, egotistical and incompetent to learn by his mistakes.

Frankly, it doesn't matter really who who get in as the present incumbent is the driver on our downbound train .

Clement really is killing us

Phil, I know you loved Mikey but sacking him wasn't the problem but who replaced him .

Well for me it started with the hasty, reckless and lazy decision to appoint Monk.
Blobby was a complete disaster, Clement has been hung out to dry by selling his best players from under him and replacing with unsuitable.
The only ray of hope was Guidolin and it was his agent that offered his services . He was not sourced by the club. He was then disgracefully sacked when he looked like turning it around after a bad and late transfer window which is now commonplace.
All this under the watch of Jenkins.

Jenkins wanted Laudrup out at the earliest opportunity for his own reasons - that decision has been debated ad infinitum on here.

However, we still had the opportunity to progress but we went backwards.

Unlike some on here, I was one of the few who always thought Jenkins was massively out of his depth in the PL.
He's the root cause and we're piśsing in the wind while he's still in charge. Although the fact that the fûcking clownshoe is still running a football club, let alone a PL one, beggars belief.

I think I'd prefer Laudrup"s crime of "eroding our footballing principles" (how utterly laughable does that sound now) to Jenkins' crime of having no principles whatsoever.
