The board have conceded relegation already. There won't be any notable spending in January and the next Manager appointment will be lined up with Championship experience probably Monk.
The current crop of players have no quality or desire to work and the coaching staff the inability to get a plan across.
We have sold the match winning quality in the summer and again replaced with poor replacements wasting good revenue on dross.
