Selling Mawson in this window 15:08 - Jan 5 with 1497 viewsmagicdaps10

The board would love to do it i am sure, the only thing holding them back is the fans on to them about their endless list of mess ups and lies.

The plan would be sell him for 25M, bring in someone around 5M and use the rest for a RB, Midfielder and Striker and hope we all forget about the Siggy money.

"the only thing holding them back is the fans"

They don't give flying f*ck about the fans, if a tidy offer comes in, Mawson will be gone.

Selling Masson would only add to their now growing list of poor decisions.

You mad? (don't answer that)...

They won't and don't give a flying one what the fans think ffs. If anyone offers anything near £25m for him he'll be gone, and i'd also wager they won't replace him either, not with impending relegation and the fact we also have Bartley and VDH here.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

If it's right that his contract expires in June 2019 & won't sign a new one until he knows which league we are in then I'd fully expect the board to accept anything north of £20M + add ons & use those facts to justify the decision.

If/when we go down & he enters last year of contract that value starts dropping.

More interesting point would be IF sold how much of the £££s would be spent.

As far as I can see his contract ends in summer 2020.

He signed a 4 year contract in august 2016.
