Where do the press get these figures? Surely not correct? If it is then he's gone.

Considering his age and background, it sounds about right. He is gone.

The press get their figures from Football Manager. These figures were made up by me for a couple of years.

Ergo they're air tight FACT for sure.

While I've no idea of anyones current wages. I do know that it was reported 5 to 6 years ago to the Trust when discussing the viability of player signings that just run of the mill premier players were commanding £20,000 a week wages.

So i would have thought that a current first team regular being on just £15,000 a week is unlikely

Press bullshit, anyone who remembers will know the very same press reported work a week.

No way he is on 15k. I'm pretty sure that last season they revealed the wages and he was on 25k, same as Nordfeldt which is bullshit, because one play week in week out and other warms bench.

It’s quite feasible that he was rested yesterday but if he’s missing for Newcastle then I’d guess that discussion is ongoing between clubs.

When Mawson got his contract he was expected to be 3rd/4th choice. He only started playing every week under Clement, and hasn't been given a new deal since then.

Last season's "revealed" wage of £25k was explicitly pulled from FM data.

Not many of ours are worth more than 15k.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.
