We're not gonna find another Leon Briton, Leon is Leon, yes we may get similar better is some aspects, but another Leon nope. Mesa got the makings of being a fine player for us, but we're in a precarious position, so maybe he's just not ready for us just yet, I certainly wouldn't give up on him. | |

We'd have beaten Everton away if it wasn't for him and we'd have got a draw out of Watford at home too. Another player that gets cult status and a song for doing the square root of nothing. I agree. Carlos has improved things in this area but there I see still work to be done. We are still shipping too many sloppy passes. Quite a few times against Liverpool we did all the hard work getting into space only to give the ball away needlessly of the player found he had no one to pass to.
The pass and movement part of our game is something we need to continue to work on and thankfully Carlos seems to recognise this. |  |
