25 goal attempts is 25 goal attempts. Accept they weren't tap ins but this is the Premier League and these players can score from anywhere. Inside their own half even. Take the Wanyamha goal at Liverpool last week. Any team that concedes 25 goal attempts has been bombarded and under the the cosh for most if not the whole game. It's nothing to be proud of. To use one of your phrase, watch the game back and you'll see how one sided it was ( Spurs v Swans ). The comparison to last night relates to the finishing, the quality of ours. | |
