Moving smarties around a table isn't quite the same as moving real life players around the pitch unfortunately .

The one thing that stands out for me is that Rodgers knows exactly what buttons to press with a footballer and is a brilliant face rubbing ego stroking man manager, the other 2 are light years behind in this .
