Time for a New Wall of Fame? 20:43 - Feb 18 with 3015 views

Given the rarity of penalty decision's being given in our favour. Is it time to commemorate such occasions with plaque's conveniently placed on a Stadium wall, well placed, and in full view of incoming officials.
Or what about a clock with 'time since last penalty' displayed on it.

Any other ways we could shame the referee's into playing fair?

We encourage players from all over the world to come and play in this league.
Are we not allowing officials from other countries at all?
The standard of the current lot is appalling.
