The FA Cup holds no real significance for me since the Man Utd thing and for others watching a bench side isn't that great either.KO time, TV, Cost ? Travel etc will be huge factors. You know it and so do I. Also we regularly play and at times beat the top sides in the country, the premier league attitude travels to all clubs fans. Especailly long established and successful sides like Swansea. The FA Cup holds no appeal, however you really need to move on from this egotistical attendance thing, it means nothing, it doesn't win games and it doesn't prove much other than to a smaller, lesser clubs fans as an occasional point score. Honestly Cardiff are no different, the low gate is testament to how far this club has come, honestly it's as simple as that. | |

You did have some fantastic ones, bryndon was special on ccmb, he once said Swansea could have 2 teams in the PL, the squad was so good. He’s not been back since the hedge fund took over and the constant battles v relegation. Then there was pencoed, he was bitterly amusing to be fair, but his anger always came through and then he was outed by pencoed bluebirds and he never came back.
Some very decent ones too, waynekerr is it and Maxime?

Just noticed "the biggest club in Wales" only had 21,000 yesterday. This is despite the Match being played at 3pm on a bank holiday, was not live on TV and the Reds are second in the championship going for promotion. A third of the ground empty. Five clubs in the Championship had bigger gates despite their teams being mid table.
I suppose the plastics will be back next season. | |
