On the assumption that he’s guilty then:
1. He should be sacked.
2. Those closest to him should do everything possible to get him fixed; he obviously has issues.
3. He should be handed the maximum possible sentence and fine, if that’s a custodial sentence then so be it. I’m not familiar with drink drive punishments.
4. He should make a large contribution to a charitable cause associated with road safety.
5. He should crawl under a rock for the remainder of his life. |  |
