Assume you are signed into the new system?
If so log in then click on my account (top RH corner) and it shows you reserved tickets there.
Should be simple from there.

I renewed in early Feb but still get the renewal emails so I wouldn't be too worried.

Had to do mine at the TO (I was switching one of my STs from an Adult to a Child) but have previously renewed online and also bought plenty of other tickets online with no issues.

I tried with the link they sent and it did not work.
So I logged onto the site via swansea city.net and the was no issuses
