And at Villa Park a rare goal for Scott Hogan (set up by poor goalkeeping).
But the result that really matters is Dale's. Well done the team, but a way to go yet!
Can't deny that but 15 points from 24 and only one loss in eight since the beginning of March is something to make me think we have as good a chance as anyone in the battle

Also a rare start! (and guess what...he scores)! Noticed recently Bruce had dropped Scott to the bench - this also coincided with Villa's recent poor run. Whether it's down to having a big squad and too many options but sometimes it's worth sticking with a player - certainly Hogan is Villa's most natural goalscorer from what I've seen of them. If Hogan now goes on a good run of scoring again Villa will go up - most probably by the play off route now though.
Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10
