I'd agree that smokers are less of a threat than folk who drink. But, silly comparison. I'd say that folk who don't drink are less of a threat than those who do. Ballerinas are less of a threat than folk who drink, but I'm not suggesting everyone start practicing their pirouettes.

Yes there is a difference between hemp and skunk.
Skunk is much stronger and has been genetically modified ,in my opinion it should be banned. I never smoke the stuff myself but I do take the cannabis oil under the tongue for medicinal purposes which has been proven to have a positive effect with many people.
I certainly would not recommend anybody smokes the strong stuff but medicinal cannabis definitely needs to be legalised many governments of the world have recognised this already we are way behind the times .
