Absolute rubbish.

I don’t think the status quo is acceptable to any Swansea fan at this moment.
The last three years have been poor, ( I’m being kind) but I’m still convinced getting rid of HJ would be a mistake.

There’s a counter argument that the club needs HJ more than ever.
After all he knows the club inside out and better than anyone.

Then why didn't he do something to sort it sooner? Surely even on that point he needs to leave?

Name some then. Or from what industry ? Because there aren’t many in the footballing industry that are available that could do the job.

Probably because football isn’t an exact science.
The big clubs like Man U , Chelsea, Arsenal etc make more mistakes in the way they are run, than a club like Swansea, only difference is those big clubs can make terrible decisions and the results are they finish outside the Champions league placing.

Swansea have a terrible season and the end result is relegation.
So the idea there’s someone out there with a magic wand ready & waiting for a phone call from SCFC, is nothing more than pie in the sky.

So then Kins, have you decided if you're gonna stick around now we're not a Premier League team?

I guarantee those 9 will be there, no matter what league we're in.

Never a doubt about sticking around. League or status means nothing.

I don't get why you and The Res think that football fans on a forum should name a suitable DOF. Surely that is up to the club to issue a job advert, job description and then decide on a suitable candidate. We would need to circulate it at least across Europe to source the right candidates I would suggest.
Personally I am not sure we need a DOF. I would prefer a Chairman in charge of the purse strings and a manager working with a recruitment team. Be it his or the club's.
I find it a strange argument that someone, who has been poor for three years which has ultimately led to a club's relegation, should remain in post. Manily because it would be difficult to find anyone else. What a dream job.....
Note I am only talkng about job performance as well. I have left out the alleged skullduggery.

“If Jenkins goes, who are they going to bring in? At least with Huw on the board we have got someone who is Swansea through and through. I think it will be a disaster if he goes.”

Just read this from a fan on Wales Online, how can people think Huw is a hero still?

I agree it’s up to the club to decide on a suitable candidate, and if that candidate is the current incumbent that’s fine with me. Thanks for agreeing with what I’ve been saying for a long time.

No, thank you for agreeing with me . I am pleasantly surprised although I hope the Jenkins replacement will be a Chairman and not a DOF.
I don't like the DOF / Head Coach thing. It complicates matters and is expensive for a Championship Club.
Whatever we decide we need to do it quickly.

Regarding your last sentence, you are many things but one thing you definitely are not is 'a jack'. If you were, you wouldn't mock your fellow supporters for trying to vent their anger in some way.

Criticise the idea beforehand and suggest alternative actions instead by all means, I did that myself. But criticise them for actually turning up and trying something? That's very poor.
