Coleman and Potter favourites on SkyBet with Laudrup 6/1.

You can get Laudrup @ 33/1 with Paddy Power.

Who do you want to come in realistically?

Potter from Ostersunds please.
Done a great job in Sweden, a young manager who, if he does well with us, will be able to use it as a stepping stone to bigger and better clubs in the Premier League which is surely is ultimate managerial target.

Wasn't he recommend to Ostersunds by Graeme Jones who's his mate?

Great idea and all...but..there is no way in hell our lovely DoF would pay for a manager that is already contracted to another club..paying a fee is unthinkable.

When you see Coleman as favourite it puts things into perspective. He will never ever succeed as a club manager and it's only his likeable personality amongst his peers that has kept his managerial career stuttering on.

Anyone bar him and Carlos included.

Don't know jack about Osterunds, but I doubt he's on a Prince's Ransom up there. Jenkins remember, was prepared to pay the tab to Le Havre for Brad Bobbley

Don't know about his management credentials, but he'd carry us to promotion if he was on the pitch

I can see John Terry having a more successful managerial career than Lampard. Lampard could work well with a Chelsea, Man City, etc, but Terry has that Mark Hughes, air about him, and could get a Championship team promoted, or keep a lower Premier league team up.

Which Lampard? If so, yes, he knows what he's talking about, but could he convey that to a mid-level Championship team? Terry, I can picture in more of the Fergie "hairdryer" mode, and Terry doesn't have an O'level in Latin from a private school like Lampard, but in football terms, he's not an idiot, and ostensibly led Chelsea when Avram Grant was there, so we are told.

John Terry testifying in court is another fun example of how thick he is.

Whoever it ends up being, Curtis has been asked to come back to make up part of the coaching team. If I was him I'd do what Leon did and tell them to stick it.

Id be flabbergasted if that’s true

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

The longer it goes on the more likely this is I reckon.

If Carlos was on his way at the end of his short term contract he'd have gone by now surely?

What's the delay? Contract discussions? How many lobsters we can afford?

Exactly.

If rumours are to be believed, we want him, but he hasn't decided. How reliable these rumours are I have no idea. The silence makes me think it could have substance though.
