Put down someone you've done voluntary work with/for over the past decade. Or, put down a character reference instead. Or, still put down people you worked with -- the policy's not your fault. [Post edited 14 May 2018 18:47]

Worked in recruiting once upon a time, this is very much the case. Employers are very careful what they say these days, most references aren’t worth the paper they are written on. | | | |
