His star is not as high in Scotland (where I live/ work) as it has been. I’d be cautious about him.
I think a key criterion is going to be (or should be) knowing the Championship, amd the teams in it, relatively well - and setting up accordingly. That, among other things, was de Boer’s downfall at Palace.
