The new Chairman is doing his homework, then he needs to listen to this audio recording.
And then he needs to ask Levien to explain himself on how the sale was conducted.

Afterall he did issue this earlier in his statement:

Trevor said: “I understand a lot of the problems the club has faced, especially after relegation. This job is about re-balancing a football club and getting stability back both in the boardroom and on the pitch, as well as working with the Trust to ensure we're all moving in the same direction. It is a great opportunity to build something long-term at Swansea.

Two years on from this event, isn't it time Jason explained his comments to the Trust, fans and media?

It is yes, but let’s be honest, that’s not actually going to happen. They’ve washed their hands of us. All they’ve got on their minds is recoup as much cash for the Hedgefunders as they can and find the most cost effective exit strategy.

Communicating with us is not on their agenda

Oh,..Dave, what's occuring?

Nothing to do with Birch - he'll comment on what his deal is and little more.

We've had some excellent updates from Birch this season.

Maybe it is time Kaplan and Levien updated with their plans. Perhaps another fans forum in the near future so fans expectations can be managed?

Birch is a clever sod. Telling fans things to gloss over what's really going on.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Exactly this.

He's been one of them all along. People seemed to ignore that part of his 'pay/wage' is equity in the club.

I had a disagreement on this exact subject on Twitter last week.
Someone said they appreciate the honesty from Birch.

I asked what honesty? People are fuçking stupid.

When you compare what he says to the news vacuum that existed under Jenkins you can understand why some people are taken in by it. Just because the communication is less sh!t than what happened before doesn’t change his job of keeping a lid on things with the fans.

Nearly 2 years on & the Status Quo is unchanged ....

Where are Dai Little (played football with him back in the 80’s) and the Trust’s Legal Team in putting the Sellouts and Yanks in the dock ???......frustrated doesn’t even cover it.

Why are these scumbags being allowed to get away with what they’re doing ?

Waiting for an update from the Trust about the ‘Legal Action’ etc etc is so, so tedious it’s unbelievable !

Dai Little, Lisa Clement, Andrew ECB etc etc WTF is going on WE ARE ALL IN THE DARK ?

And we thought that the Sellouts were very cagey about the takeover .....????

Poll: Why is this site so quiet these days ?

Well see but.

In the last two weeks it has emerged that...

No money will be forthcoming for team strengthening in January...

The academy at Landore is under consideration to be scrapped...

Perhaps the Trust should be a little bit more proactive?

I think they do their best and get little thanks for it.
No payment either all volunteers.

The club is a mess and until the Yanks go it wont improve.

All this talk of Cooper out players not caring trust not proactive enough is a sideshow.

The route of the problem is the owners another performance like today on Wednesday night and the atmosphere will turn toxic.

The roots of the problem are the previous owners. The last thing I want is a Yank hedge fund “investing” in the club. It’d be on their terms and the asset stripping will well and truly have started. Having said that, is the Trust still having problems accessing detailed management accounts?

Yes the sellers caused it all with their greed.
But they are long gone hopefully they will get their just deserts in court.

But for now the yanks are the problem they employed Birch who is clever to take the heat off.
He then employed Leon to get the fans onside its all crap though and I really fear for next season if they are still with us.

My gut feeling is they will be with us for a while yet unfortunately.

Still got Rodon Roberts and the training facilities to flog yet.
