parkrun this morning, watched the wedding, now out in the garden.
Tomorrow I’ve got the Manchester Half Marathon. Last year was a week after the bombings. The most emotional race I’ve ever ran. This year is just a couple short of the anniversary.
I live about 20 miles outside the city in Cheshire but work a lot in the city. Have to say the Mancs are a great bunch, very similar to us in their background, outlook and humour.
Looking forward to tomorrow to pay tribute and enjoy a jog in the sun with a mate of mine, pacing him under 2 hours |  | | |

This is a great island warts n all. From The Highlands and Islands to the Isles of Scilly ,from Anglesey to The Wash. So much of interest . We have much in a small land .
